1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Mrittika Ceramics and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, and you must provide accurate information when placing an order.

3. Products, Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Descriptions, images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing or stock error has occurred.

4. Handmade Variation

Every piece is hand-thrown and hand-glazed, so minor variations in colour, shade, size and form from the photographs are natural and are not defects. You are purchasing an original piece, not a factory copy.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card through our payment partner). Online payments are collected in full at checkout; COD is collected at the time of delivery.

6. Delivery & Breakage

Ceramics are fragile, so every order is double-layer packed by hand. Delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location and courier conditions. If a piece arrives broken, contact us with photographs within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.

7. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. For a genuine quality issue or a wrong/damaged product, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving the order. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as agreed for COD orders. Custom and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

8. Privacy & Your Data

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them. We do not sell your personal data. See our Cookie Policy for how cookies are used on this website.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, product images, logos and graphics, belongs to Mrittika Ceramics or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mrittika Ceramics shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or services. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
